LINQPad 6 requires .NET Core 3 to run

I've found two other posts related to this in a forum search, but they are not helpful in my case.

I built a fresh Windows 10 20H2 developer machine today and installed LINQPad 5 and 6. I have registered 5 and it's running okay. However launching 6.7.5.0 just gives me the message in the title and quits. I have Visual Studio 2019 installed and all the .NET core dependencies seem to be okay, so I must be missing some trick. I've pasted my info below. Advice would be welcome.

Thanks, Greg
