Difference between IL code obtained in LinqPad7 and Rider/VS2019 using the same source.

I wonder what could be causing this behavior. I'm trying to understand the reason why the compiled code is different in these applications. I noticed that the code that works fine in the Linqpad does not work either in the Rider or in the VS, then I looked into what happens after compilation and saw the difference. How is this possible?
