Support EF Core 7 RC1

Hi Joe,

I am trying to add my own DbContext compiled with references to EF Core 7.0.0-rtm.22469.16 from the nightly build but get the exception: Could not load type 'Microsoft.EntityFramework.NavigationExtensions' from assembly 'Microsoft.EntityFramework.Core, version=7.0.0.0....."

I am using LINQPad v7.5.4 from the Beta update stream and I get the same exception whether I select runtime 'v6.0.9' or '.NET 7.0 Preview' in Query Options.

Hope LINQPad soon will have support for the EF Core 7 RTM (RC1).
