LinqPad 7 extremely slow loading & first time running C# program

How can I debug where the slowness is when starting LinqPad and when executing a C# program for the first time? I don't know if it has anything to do anti-virus software or not, but it's unbearably slow.

I just started it for the second time, and it loaded relatively quickly, but when I set language to "C# Program", then make a simple Console.WriteLine and start debugging, it takes up to 3 minutes to execute the program.
